Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (the "Site"), the purchase and use of the ChaChing Panel device (the "Product"), and any related services provided by Kronoset SL ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site, purchasing the Product, or using it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase/use the Product.

1. Product Description

The ChaChing Panel is a physical desktop display device shaped like a cash register, with a color touch screen and a built-in speaker. It connects to your Shopify store to display real-time metrics (revenue, orders, sessions, conversion rate and live visitors) and triggers celebratory notifications, including the "cha-ching" sound, when an order lands. It requires a Wi-Fi connection and secure OAuth authorization for your Shopify store. We do not store your Shopify password.

2. Purchase and Payment

Purchases are processed securely via Shopify Payments. The price is a one-time payment of €139 (or equivalent), including the device, delivery to any of the 82 countries we serve, a USB-C cable, the available integrations, lifetime free software updates delivered over the air, and email support. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or hidden charges.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship from Spain. EU delivery: 3–7 business days. International: 7–10 business days. A tracking number is provided upon shipment.

4. Refund and Returns

You may return the Product within 14 days of delivery, in original condition, as described in our Refund Policy. To start a return, email info@chachingpanel.com with proof of purchase. If you are withdrawing simply because you changed your mind, you pay the return postage. This does not apply to a faulty product: under the legal guarantee in section 7 we pay the shipping both ways. We do not cover damage from misuse, modifications, or force majeure.

6. Intellectual Property

The Product's software, firmware, and updates are our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal or commercial use in connection with your own store and accounts. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the software.

7. Guarantee

The Product carries the legal guarantee of conformity of three years from delivery provided by article 120 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. During the first two years, any lack of conformity that appears is presumed to have existed at delivery and you do not have to prove it. We supply spare parts and technical service for 10 years from the end of manufacture, as required by article 127 bis.

Under the legal guarantee we pay the shipping in both directions: a faulty product never costs you postage. To make a claim, write to info@chachingpanel.com. Full details are on our Refund Policy.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, dropping, liquid ingress, unauthorised modification or opening beyond the user-serviceable fasteners, connection to a non-compliant power source, or normal cosmetic wear. The Product is manufactured to order by 3D printing: small cosmetic variations in layer finish and colour between units are inherent to the process and are not defects.

7 bis. Service availability

The Product depends on Shopify, a third-party service we do not control. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free real-time syncing, and we exclude the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose only to the extent that consumer law allows. Nothing in this clause removes or limits the legal guarantee described in section 7, or any other right that Spanish and European consumer law gives you.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, lost sales, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages related to the Shopify integration. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from misuse, violation of these Terms, or breaches of Shopify's terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access or use if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Updated versions become effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
