Refund Policy

At ChaChing, we offer a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

You may unpack the panel, plug it in and try it. That is what the law allows and it is what we want you to do — you cannot judge a sales counter without switching it on. Send it back complete; if it comes back damaged beyond the handling needed to try it, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value (article 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). Keeping the box helps, but it is not a condition.

How to Request a Return

If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on where to send the package. We will not accept returned items without prior approval.

The ChaChing Panel is a standard product. Each unit is 3D-printed after you order it, but it is not made to your specifications, so the exception for personalised goods in article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 does not apply to it. Your right of withdrawal is intact.

How to Make a Return

If the return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on how to send the package. Items will not be accepted if returned without first requesting a return.

Please note that all returns must be sent to our warehouse located in Barcelona, Spain. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility when you are withdrawing because you changed your mind. We do not provide pre-paid return labels for those. This does not apply to a faulty product: under the legal guarantee below, we pay the shipping in both directions.

Order Cancellation

After placing an order, you have 5 minutes to request its cancellation.

After this short period, it will not be possible to cancel the order, as we immediately begin preparing and shipping the package.

Of course, you always have the right to return the product after receiving it, in accordance with our return policy.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Legal guarantee of conformity — 3 years

Separately from the 14-day withdrawal above, the ChaChing Panel carries the legal guarantee of conformity of three years from delivery under article 120 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. If the Product does not conform, you may ask for it to be repaired or replaced and, where that is not possible or proportionate, for a price reduction or to terminate the contract.

During the first two years, any lack of conformity that appears is presumed to have existed at delivery and you do not have to prove it.

We also keep spare parts and technical service available for 10 years from the end of manufacture, as required by article 127 bis.

Under the legal guarantee, we pay the shipping in both directions. A faulty product never costs you postage — this is the key practical difference from withdrawal. To make a claim, write to info@chachingpanel.com.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you must place a new order after returning the previous one.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 calendar days of the day you tell us you are withdrawing, to the same payment method you paid with, and including the standard outbound shipping you paid (article 107 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). We may hold the refund until the panel reaches us or you prove you sent it. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

If 14 days have passed since you told us and the money is not back, write to us.
